If it had a testbuilder it probably would've went to NP, but it doesn't, so it didn't.
Hands on the last page are optional, simpler that the regular ones. The small pieces that go onto the stand are also optional. The stand itself really isn't optional though, since Salvatore needs it to stand.

Viewer you can go to Print Setting: Print Lines Smoothly (Bitmap Print): and set transparency to 100%, but the the tab lines disappear too. Or you can download the free 'trial' version of Designer, you just can't save anything (But you can make it lineless and still have the lines available for the tabs).
